For events over 8 hours or spanning several days, we prepare a quote based on the duration, location and needs of your event.

Transport outside Milan and the surrounding area to be quoted. Hours are consecutive: a 1-hour recharge break is required after 4 hours of work. Terms, any extras and VAT treatment are to be confirmed in the quote.

How much does it cost if my event lasts less than 8 hours?

The rate is €2,000 for an event of up to 8 hours and stays the same for shorter events. We don't offer reduced-rate packages.

And for more than 8 hours or several days?

We prepare a tailor-made quote based on the duration, location and needs of your event. Tell us the schedule in your request.

Is an operator included?

Yes. An operator accompanies Selfiebot throughout the event, follows how it is running and helps guests use it.

How can we customise Selfiebot?

The service includes the robot's front and back graphics, the photo frame, colours, logo and the texts of the emails. The same visual identity follows guests from the moment of the shot to the photo they receive. For full wraps or special requirements, we prepare a dedicated proposal.

How do guests receive their photos?

Guests can choose an instant print, delivery by email or a QR code scan to download the photo. The print is vertical, 10 × 15 cm, with the square shot in the centre and the custom frame above and below. It is ready in about 30 seconds. The digital photo keeps the same vertical format with frame.

Which spaces suit Selfiebot?

Selfiebot moves on flat, even floors: dirt, gravel and uneven surfaces are not suitable. Tell us about the spaces and any changes in level, so we can work out together where to use it during the event.

How does booking work?

Send us the date, venue and duration of your event. We check availability and get in touch to define the service and the quote. Sending the request does not confirm the booking.
